Server-side hook of the Spelling plugin that capitalises the first letter of messages with the ic chat filter and
ends them with a period.
ChatboxAdjustMessageInfo changes info.text in place, keeps leading and trailing quotes and adds no period after
a period, exclamation mark or question mark. Messages with forceTranslate set are language phrases and are left
alone.
