Extra Voices plugin, whose RegisterVoices hook adds about a thousand Half-Life 2 voice lines to the schema's Human and Combine voice groups.

The file is one long list of voices:Add calls: citizen lines with male and female sounds for Human, then Metropolice, Overwatch radio and Combine soldier lines for Combine. Both groups are registered by Schema:RegisterVoiceGroups.

Implements hook RegisterVoices
