Defines the texts toolgun of the Surface Texts plugin, which places a 3D text on the surface under the crosshair
on left click and removes one on right click.
The text, style, scale, colors and fade distance offset come from the tool's console variables, which its control panel edits. Only admins can place or remove texts.
