Manage Players systemclient
System defined in core/system/cl_manage_players.lua
Registers the Manage Players system, an admin-only page of the system menu that lists players by scoreboard class.
Clicking a player opens the same options menu as the scoreboard, built by the GetPlayerScoreboardOptions hook.
